At EnableNow, we want you to feel confident when you buy from us. That’s why we only supply secure digital licence keys and make our return and refund process as clear and fair as possible for you and us.

Returns

Most of our products are delivered digitally. For this reason, once a licence key has been delivered and you’ve activated, viewed or used it, we’re not able to offer returns.

To help avoid any disappointment, please double‑check your device compatibility and product details before you complete your purchase.

When you can request a refund or replacement

You can ask for a refund or a replacement key if:

- The licence key is invalid or not working

- You report the issue within 48 hours of purchase

- The key has not been activated or used yet

- You share clear proof of the problem (such as screenshots or error messages)

When refunds are not available

We’re not able to issue a refund if:

- You accidentally bought the wrong product

- You’ve simply changed your mind after receiving the key

- The product is not compatible with your device or system

- You haven’t followed the activation instructions provided

- You haven't activated your key within 24 hours of receiving it and it has expired

Replacements

If your licence key is found to be defective or already used, we’ll:

- First try to give you a free replacement

- If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll arrange a full refund
