Products and Services
Enable Now provides digital licence keys for software, applications, and other digital products. All products are delivered electronically via email.

Authenticity Guarantee
We guarantee that all licence keys sold on our platform are sourced from legitimate and verified distributors. Any unauthorised resale, sharing, or duplication of keys is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of the key and/or legal action.

Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notice. We accept various electronic payment methods, including cards and online payment gateways, and full payment is required before delivery of any digital product.

Delivery Policy
Licence keys are typically delivered once payment has been successfully received and cleared in our bank account. In some cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to verification checks or technical issues. Please ensure that you provide an accurate email address and check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive your key promptly.

Refund and Replacement Policy
In line with South African consumer law governing electronic transactions, certain purchases of digital content may not be eligible for a “cooling‑off” period once the key has been delivered, accessed, or activated. Refunds or replacements are only considered for defective or non‑working keys, subject to our verification and support checks. Refunds or replacement keys are not issued for accidental purchases, changes of mind, or subscription keys that are not activated within 24 hours of delivery.

User Responsibilities
You agree to use our products legally and ethically. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device, operating system, and region are compatible with the product before making a purchase.

Protection of Personal Information (POPIA)
We process your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA). This includes collecting only the information we need to provide our services, using it for legitimate business purposes, taking reasonable steps to safeguard it, and not selling your personal information to third parties. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator if you believe your data has been mishandled.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, EnableNow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, our website, products, or services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability will be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

All content on this website including our name, logos, text, product descriptions, and graphics is owned by or licensed to EnableNow and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or adapt any content without our prior written consent.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
